Voxtel VS600 – interesting continuation of the VS400

Not so long ago Voxtel VS400 appeared on the counters, and the company of Voxtel is already preparing a new device of the same series, which name is Voxtel VS600. Let's remember interesting characteristics that Voxtel VS400 offered to us (detailed review can be read on our site). This is a small slider with integrated VGA camera, miniSD memory slot, a standard miniUSB connector, FM-radio and MP3 player, and the price forms about $200. But what has the company economized on? Everything is quite plain. The model lacks automatic finishing mechanism, the quality of the body plastic is middling. And the main thing is certainly a cSTN display.

Voxtel VS600 offers a new and more interesting body design, the plastic got better and opening is now finished automatically. The changes concerned the screen also, now it is TFT, 176x220 pixels capable of 262K colours. The camera is 1.3 MP, Bluetooth module is integrated (works only with a headset). Like in the predecessor, miniSD slot is placed under the battery, however now up to 1 GB cards are supported (VS400 provided support only for 512 MB cards). A miniUSB connector is present similarly to the VS400.

This device is to be launched before the end of this year, and an approximate price is about 300 USD.
