NEC – time goes on, line-up expands

NEC presented a lot of its new models in Cannes, you can read more about them in the appropriate material. At CeBIT such models as e313 and e530 drew our attention. Their photos can be found here.

The specifications are as follows: TFT-screen with 65k color support, 40-tone polyphonic ring tones, Java, MMS, VGA-camera. A typical clamshell phone from the average segment.

Model e313, without looking at the lower index has the same screen, but bigger amount of memory plus the memory expansion slot – Memory Stick Duo. European operator “3” is the only one who spreads the models around, you can’t actually buy them.

NEC’s main tendency is expansion of model line before the 3G networks mass install in Europe, it will be the time when NEC will be able to demonstrate its full power. For now we can see really slow power’s increase, research of European market and improvement of working processes.
